The intention of this home visit is to identify impactful and practical detox goals for you to pursue on your own with Sophia’s follow-up virtual guidance and support.

Home visit. In this initial 90-minute consultation, Sophia visits you in your home to assess your household products and other sources of chemicals, heavy metals, and EMFs.
Your Ruan Living Roadmap. Informed by the above, Sophia will create your detox plan and goals. This will include “detox homework” to complete between your virtual sessions.
Virtual home visits 2, 3, and 4. After your initial in-person evaluation, you'll meet with Sophia virtually to check-in on your detox homework, and answer your questions. Each session is 30-minutes.
Your Ruan Living Online Portal. Sophia will create your unique set of detox resources to help you achieve your detox goals efficiently.
Ruan Living Offerings. This includes Sophia’s books, Love Test Detox Stickers, and D-Tox Academy.
Get 1:1 support between sessions. Sophia will support you between your sessions via the Ruan Living app, text, or email from sessions 1 through 4.

In this experience, Sophia researches your products with you, recommends safer alternatives, and implements other detox changes in your home.

Home visit. In this initial 2-hour consultation, Sophia will visit your home to assess your household products and other sources of chemicals, heavy metals, and EMFs.
Your Ruan Living Roadmap. Informed by the above, Sophia will create a detox plan and goals with you, to be completed together over the next three sessions.
Home visits 2, 3, and 4. During these visits, Sophia will be hands-on with executing the Ruan Living Roadmap. Sophia will evaluate your products, help you replace toxic ones with safer ones, evaluate common EMF sources that can be easily reduced, and coach you to change your habits and routines to reduce your lifetime toxic exposures. Each visit is 1-hour.
Your Ruan Living Online Portal. Sophia will create your personal detox library of resources to serve as your lifelong reference.
Ruan Living Offerings. This includes Sophia’s books, Love Test Detox Stickers, D-Tox Academy, Ruan Living Shopping Guides, and more!

8 hours with Sophia (100% in your home)

During this path, Sophia does even more research and implementation for you. She can also coach others in your household if needed.

Home visit. In this initial 2 hour consultation, Sophia will visit your home to assess your household products and other sources of chemicals, heavy metals, and EMFs.
Your Ruan Living Roadmap. Informed by the above, Sophia will create a detox plan and goals that Sophia will help you implement over the next six sessions.
Home visits 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. During these visits, Sophia will be hands-on with eliminating toxicity and identifying safer products. She will lead the detox plan execution that’s outlined in the Ruan Living Roadmap. She will assess your products, replace toxic ones with safer ones, evaluate common EMF sources that can be easily reduced, coach you to change your habits and routines to reduce your lifetime toxic exposures, and/or train others in your household upon request. Each visit is 1-hour.
Sophia's heavy lifting. In the Deluxe experience, Sophia spends even more time researching your optimal detox and healthy home solutions to finalize with you. This can include creating shopping lists of practically nontoxic products, shopping for you, identifying and/or working with relevant experts on your team, integrating evidence-based elements of healing spaces, and/or training people involved in running your household and creating a household manual.
Your Ruan Living Online Portal. Sophia will create your personal detox library of resources that can forever save you time in maintaining or evolving your practical nontoxic lifestyle.
Ruan Living Offerings. This includes Sophia’s books, Love Test Detox Stickers, D-Tox Academy, Ruan Living Shopping Guides, your personalized practical nontoxic lifestyle”bible,” and more!
