
Is Your Phone Making Your Brain More Toxic? How to Reduce Radiation, Microplastics & Toxins

In the last Practical Nontoxic Living podcast episode 79, 50% More Microplastics in Human Brains—Protect Your Brain Health Now, I talked about the top four ways microplastics are getting into our brains and how to protect yourself. The first major route identified by scientists is ingestion—what you eat and drink. Two other major routes acknowledged by scientists are inhalation and absorption. A fourth exposure that was not mentioned in any research I reviewed, but was at the top of my mind is wireless radiation. In this podcast, I'll refer more specifically to cell phone radiation.
From my research on how electromagnetic fields (aka as EMFs, radiation, or energy) influence human health and development, I know that cell phone radiation can weaken your blood brain barrier, making your brain more vulnerable to toxic compounds, including microplastics, that are in your body.
3 Habits To Protect Your Brain From Cell Phone Radiation
The intention of this podcast is to use my recent episode 79 on the fact that human brains have accumulated 50% more microplastics over 8 years as an opportunity to get you to focus on three healthy habits to protect your brain from toxic compounds.

She's an American epidemiologist, toxicologist, author, and founder of the Environmental Health Trust.
